Scout Units include Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts, Learning for Life Groups.
Weekends run from Friday to Sunday.
Fee amounts (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of request unless arrangements are made with the Council Executive. In the event of a cancellation, fees will be returned minus an administrative charge at the following rate;
Administrative Charge for Cancellation 10% of Fee for 60 days prior to event
Administrative Charge for Cancellation 30% of Fee for 30 days prior to event
Administrative Charge for Cancellation 50% of Fee for 29 days or less prior to event |
