Facility Use Rates:Please note that some dates may be unavailable due to Scouting functions. Please call Camp Roosevelt Belinda Hoffses for available times and dates.
A $250 deposit is required for all groups who rent the Vigue Center. Full amount will be returned if building is properly cleaned after event. An inspection by the Camp Roosevelt Ranger Staff will determine if a cleaning fee is necessary. Any/all cleaning fees will deducted from the building deposit. Katahdin Area Council Scouting Units please contact Camp Registrar Belinda Hoffses for specail prices for renting the Vigue Center. Scout Units include Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Venture Crews, Explorer Posts, Learning for Life Groups that are eligible for it use and prices. Aside from the Vigue Center there are many buildings available for rentals. Fee structure is broken down to daily use to a weekend use. Weekends start on Friday and end on Sunday.
Fee amounts (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of request unless arrangements are made with the Council Executive. In the event of a cancellation, fees will be returned minus an administrative charge. Program Area Fees:Camp Roosevelt offers many fun program areas. Below are some of our most popular. Each area does require a minimum of qualified supervsion to operate. BSA policy requires all qualified supervsion be a registered employee of the Kathadin Area Council, BSA. Plus to safely manage each area they require a minimum number of staff, based on the size of the group. Rental of the program area must be reserved at least 1 month in advance.
