The North Star District Committee meets every 3rd Wednesday of evey month. We have 2 meeting locations, one in Fort Kent and one in Presque Isle. If you are interested in attending or helping out our many committees please contact District Chair Stacy Skinner or District Executive Matthew Ghirarda.
In the BSA Commissioners are people with an important role to play. They are commissioned with the health and well-being of the units under their care. They are the liaison between the District and the Unit. They are the oil that keeps the engine of Scouting running smoothly. They keep the Packs, Troops and Crews that they service focused on Scouting’s Ultimate Goals of Character, Citizenship and Fitness.
