In the BSA Commissioners are people with an important role to play. They are commissioned with the health and well-being of the units under their care. They are the liaison between the District and the Unit. They are the oil that keeps the engine of Scouting running smoothly. They keep the units that they service focused on Scouting’s Ultimate Goals of Character, Citizenship and Fitness.
