WOOD BADGE - FALL 2007

Submitted by Steve Frost
Course Director NE-1-255

Greetings all you Critters! We will be holding our annual Wood Badge Reunion at Camp Roosevelt on Sunday October 14, 2007 at 1 PM.

The Buffalos are the Service Patrol and the Owls are the Program Patrol. This is also a work weekend and we are a service organization. If you have the time, please come and assist with the work at Camp and then join us for fellowship and fun. We will publish the agenda and costs in August.

We are holding a Wood Badge Course, NE1-255 this Fall. The Course dates are 14-16 September and 5-7 October 2007. We have a few spaces left for Scouters to register for the Course. If you know of a Scouter that is interested or should take the training, please encourage them to sign up NOW!

The cost is $185 for the Course. More information is on the Council Web Page, or at Council Office.

Additionally if any of you know of an organization that may be able to sponsor a Scouter or provide a scholarship for Wood Badge please let me know at the earliest possible date. Money should not be a reason not to take the Course. All of you are welcome to visit at any time during the Course dates.
