Camp Cards

The Katahdin Area Council is pleased to announce the 2026 Camp Card Sale This initiative is designed to help Scouts earn their way to Summer Resident Camps, Maine High Adventure Camps or District Day Camps. Units/Scouts participating in this program will earn 50% commission ($2.50) on each $5.00 Camp Card they sell. Camp Cards will be available Starting March 2, 2026. The sale ends June 19 , 2026 – giving Units/Scouts over three months to sell and close out their accounts. This program is RISK FREE. Units/Scouts may simply return any unsold/undamaged cards by June 19, 2026.

Simply Put…We want our Scouts to go to Camp - The Katahdin Area Council is requesting that all Units in the Central Highlands, North Star, Sunrise and Waldo Districts participate in the sale to make sure all our Scouts have the opportunity to go to camp this summer. The 2025 sale was a huge success and put nearly $5,000 in the hands of the Units to send Scouts to camp. The 2026 sale is expected to return even more money to the local Units. In these challenging economic times, family finances shouldn’t keep a Scout from attending the camp of their choice. By Participating in the sale of Camp Cards… Scouts will learn an important value, earning their own way.
